About the opportunity
Alphinite is building a Pan-American technology partner that combines trusted local relationships with organized IT and AI delivery. As a Sales Representative, you will open conversations with business owners and leaders, understand their operational challenges, and connect them with practical solutions.
What you will do
Research and identify growing businesses that could benefit from Alphinite services
Start thoughtful outbound conversations through email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and local networks
Listen to business challenges and qualify opportunities for IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI services
Maintain accurate prospect notes and follow-up activity in Alphinite's sales pipeline
Collaborate with technical delivery specialists to prepare clear next steps for prospects
Help Alphinite learn what businesses need in your market
What you bring
Strong communication, curiosity, and the ability to build trust
Comfort starting conversations and following up consistently
Interest in technology, business operations, and practical AI
Professional English, French, or Spanish; additional languages are valuable
Good organization and willingness to learn a structured sales process
Sales experience is useful but not required
A real starting point for new graduates
You do not need years of technology sales experience. We value people who learn quickly, communicate clearly, follow through, and understand their local business community. Alphinite will provide product context, sales process guidance, and practical coaching.
